I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Bülent Ecevit University in 2010 and completed my medical education. I completed my urology residency at Medeniyet University Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2018, earning the title of Urology Specialist. During my residency, I worked at Cornell University in the United States for a period in 2014 to enhance my experience in Andrology. I successfully passed both the national and central exams, earning the Turkish Urology Qualification Certificate. I also passed the European Urology Board qualification exam, earning the FEBU title. I completed my compulsory service as a Urology Specialist at Ağrı State Hospital and then continued my career at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital, where I was appointed Associate Professor in 2022. At the same hospital, I currently serve as an consultant in the urology clinic of Health Sciences University Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital. After completing my specialization, I focused my studies primarily on Andrology, Endo-urology, Uro-oncology, Neurourology, and Reconstructive Urology. I have spent my professional life with a keen interest in all areas of urology, participating in numerous challenging surgical interventions across these fields.
I have published over 140 articles and 9 book chapters in national and international peer-reviewed journals, and my work has been cited 421 times. My scientific achievements have been recognized at international congresses with Best Video and Best Poster awards. I continue to hold an editorial position with The New Journal of Urology, one of Turkey’s leading scientific journals in the field of urology.
